Monday
spaghetti and meatballs

Tuesday
 pork chops marinated in balsamic vinegar and mustard
green beans
couscous

Wednesday
I don't want to go grocery shopping dinner:
spaghetti with sundried tomatoes, bacon, corn (from frozen), cheese, fresh basil

Thursday
 don't remember!

Friday
 don't remember!

Saturday
 Sausage and grape bruschetta on bread (saute ground sausage meat (squeeze out of casings) with red onion, olive oil; after it browns, throw in halved grapes. Saute for a few more minutes. Serve over toast.) - from Mark Bittman's Kitchen Express
 
Sunday
 grilled salmon with a pineapple chutney, rice, tomatoes
