Week 3 - July 13 to July 19

Monday
Charred tomato bisque, used as sauce over rotini and shells (from Mark Bittman's Kitchen Express, cookbook on loan from the library. slice tomatoes, put under the broiler with some smashed garlic cloves till they blacken, puree with cream and fresh basil)
Dutch baby pancake with nectarines for dessert

Tuesday
chicken drumsticks on the grill (Hans home with the girls, Kristen out for dinner)


Wednesday
Bacon, tomato over pasta with an avocado/lime/cilantro sauce (puree 3 ingredients)


Thursday
Jaxons Night Market

Friday
camping - steak, potatoes, veggie kebabs
grilled peaches


Saturday
camping - white chili in dutch oven (make at home and bring with), biscuits on top
tomatoes

Sunday
eat out - pizza at Mellow Mushroom 

Extras
green smoothies
overnight oats
avocado cucumber salad
sundried tomato and basil hummus
